Fire Station No. 4 Dormitory Conversion/Renovation

Furnishing all labor, tools, equipment, materials, except as herein specified; and doing all work associated with the full interior renovation of the existing Fire Station No. 4 DORMITORY ROOM, converting the existing ‘open dorm style’ sleeping quarters into seven separate, individual, completely enclosed sleeping rooms as described and contained in the Construction Documents and as generally described below: The conversion of approximately 800 sf of interior dormitory sleeping quarters, plus associated finishes, support infrastructure, including the extension and/or addition of HVAC, MEP, Automatic Fire Sprinklers, and associated utilities and amenities, to accommodate the conversion of the existing seven-person ‘open dorm style’ sleeping quarters
