Furnishing all labor, tools, equipment, materials, except as herein specified; and doing all work associated with removing and installing sanitary sewer mains, sewer laterals, maintenance holes, cleanouts, curb, gutter, sidewalk, driveway, street patch, water pollution control, traffic controls and all other associated work to complete the project at the locations designated in the plans.

There is a non-mandatory on-site Pre-Bid Meeting scheduled for Wednesday, September 25, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. Prospective bidders will meet at the City’s Public Works Office, located at 950 West Mall Square, Conference Room 156, Alameda, CA 94501. A sign-in sheet will be issued, and shared, to record attendees.
